The staff of I-35 Speedway would like to thank all crew members, drivers, and great fans for supporting an outstanding season of dirt track racing. As we close the book on the 2012 racing season we witnessed veterans rising to the top and first time winners in victory lane in all classes. We crowned track champions and would like to congratulate, Cory Wray in A-Modified, Randy Ainsworth in Sport Modified, Bud Wilson in Grand National, Jon Boller JR in Street Stock, and Eric Stanton in Hobby Stock. Even though the season may have come to an end, the work for crews and drivers is just getting started; as old cars are refurbished, new cars are built, and sponsors are secured in preparation for the 2013 season. Track owners will work all winter on track repairs, planning special events and activities to make the racing action even better. When the gates open on the 2013 racing season we hope to see familiar faces along with new ones, as each enter the pits and stands with the same excitement and passion we all live for called dirt track racing.
