I-35 Speedway, the Place to be For Saturday Night Racing

Fun, Fireworks, Family, Christmas in July, double features, and an increased Stock Car Purse, all this week at the super fast super exciting I-35 Speedway. The fun is always in the exciting weekly racing of the USRA A Mods, USRA B Mods, and the USRA Stock Cars, along with the ever-growing classes of Grand Nationals, Pure Stocks, and E Mods. Last week the stock cars were three wide at the checkered flag, that is pure fun! This week we have makeup features for the B Mods and the Grand Nationals from June 17.

I-35 Speedway will have a spectacular fireworks display this Saturday, July 1, 2017 honoring our great nation at the conclusion of the races. Next Tuesday our country, the greatest nation in the world that stands for freedom, will turn 242 years old. In addition, our racing family turned out in force this past week for Racin for Rian, we are planning it again with Christmas in July. We will be accepting gently used/new clothing, coats, gloves, shoes, blankets, pillows & nonperishable easy to open food to be given to those less fortunate than ourselves.

Finally, we are pleased to announce the Stock Car purse is being increased. Starting on July 1, the winner will take home $400. This is a thank you for the continued support of this class from owners Mike and Kyle Johnson. At the beginning of this season the purse was increased in all classes and even those classes with a two tier purse the higher purse has been paid all season. The owners appreciate those who weekly support them.

Gates will open at 4:30, hot laps at 6:15, racing at 7:00 and fireworks will fill the sky afterwards. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and military, $6 for children 7-12 years old, and 6 and under are free. Make your plans now to attend these always action packed, always thrilling, always fun races. I-35 Speedway is a 3/8 miles dirt track located at exit 64 off Interstate 35.
